  • Project Data: Building details, site information, checklist responses, and scores you enter for GRIHA or IGBC certification.
  • Payment Information: We do not store card details. Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree) who handle PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and session duration, collected automatically via server logs and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and projects
  • To provide, operate, and improve the platform
  • To process payments and send transaction confirmations
  • To send service-related communications (account alerts, policy updates)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (infrastructure), payment gateways — all under data processing agreements.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
